A good Master has a responsibility towards his submissive, to continuously develop his knowledge. By doing this he will be able to lead his sub into new areas that haven’t been investigated.

I’m honoring this by reading up on electroplay a bit more than I have done before and I am not sure that AllSmiles agree with me when I say that knowledge and being able to move into electroplay is necessary 🙂 I am definitely pushing the boundaries here.

There are some good pointers along the way if you a considering Electroplay:

  • Don’t build your own equipment if you haven’t been educated in this field of expertise – A barbecued submissive in your personal dungeon is a hard thing to explain to the local law enforcement
  • Don’t build your own accessories if you don’t know what you are doing – Same reason as stated above
  • If your sub has a heart condition, pacemaker etc – Forget about electroplay. Some people call an orgasm “The little death”. if you have a heart condition and indulge yourself in electroplay, then this can become more than just an expression
  • Don’t use electroplay toys above the waist – Good safety measure. E-toys applied directly on the chest can become dangerous, even more so if you have an undetected heart condition
  • You get what you pay for – Put some extra money into the equipment if you are serious about going into electroplay. If you just want to try things out then buy a cheaper unit

I have come up to a point where I have decided which unit to go for. I have decided to get one of the units from Etek. They seem to have a very versatile power unit with lots of configuration possibilities – And that intrigues the geek in me. They are a bit on the expensive side, but I believe it is worth it. Their remote-controlled unit seems very nice.

I think AllSmiles will shiver when she reads this, but I am not sure that it will be all from pleasure 😉
